Rinse the lenses under lukewarm water with a drop of mild soap, then dry with a soft microfibre cloth.
Never wipe dry lenses with paper, a T-shirt or anything rough. Grit scratches the lens.
Avoid alcohol, glass cleaner and acetone, which damage lens coatings and the frame.
Do not leave them on a car dashboard or in direct heat. Heat warps the frame and damages the lenses.
Put them on and take them off with both hands, and keep them in their case when you are not wearing them.
